Why do people insist mad max didn'tt employ special effects.

I watched an entire thing on it on the Internet.

They used tons of cgi but just blended it in spots you couldn't tell cgi was used.

But they used a ton of it

At the Oscars last night, Leonardo DiCaprio took home the Best Actor trophy for his performance in The Revenant. Leo has been passed over for an Oscar four times before, though he has fully deserved to win in the past. The audience gave DiCaprio a standing ovation, but possibly no one was as excited as his BFF Kate Winslet. The pair met while filming Titanic, and have been close friends ever since. DiCaprio even walked Winslet down the aisle at her December 2012 wedding to Ned Rocknroll. And last night, Winslet was visibly moved (and maybe even weeping tears of joy) during DiCaprio’s acceptance speech.
