I've seen Valley Girl! It's typically shown during the summer, along with Earth Girls Are Easy and Fast Times At Ridgemont High. It does indeed have a great soundtrack, and the movie itself is an equally memorable romantic comedy. I remember the scenes with Julie's hippie parents being very funny.
