Tough, tough choices... There is load of stuff but if I had to make a pick, I go with this:
KARMA KARMA KARMA KARMA KARMA CHAMELEON
Boy George is a weird motherfucker though
You mean track released in the 80's or stereotypical 80's song?
For the first either....
..for the second probably from the brief era were the UK public only cared about anal sex and nuclear war....
Strangelt ironic really how Simple Minds aren't much remembered these days besides Don't You Forget About Me, back in the day they were probably up there with The Police, U2 and Queen.
Too tough for just 1.
Sweet Child O Mine comes to mind....
for the genre of pop music I love this. For some reason i think it best personifies the 1980s
Also Michael Jackson has some real bangers
Paid in Full - Eric B and Rakim
Non-rap, Working Class Man - Jimmy Barnes
Shake your love by Debbie Gibson >> Tiffany, by anything it wants
That whole album is incredible.
Flock Of Seagulls Melt, Ran
Huey Lewis and the News New Drug
Micheal Jackson Beat it
Bryan Adams Cuts like a knife
Man I love 80’s music bring s back my childhood
That was filmed where I used to live. The boat was moored about 5 mins walk away from where I lived. My parents knew the owner and I knew his daughter ( not in the biblical sense though.)
My first thought was Relax by Frankie Goes To Hollywood too. That was huge over here and really took over. Everyone seemed to be wearing 'Frankie says...Relax tee shirts..
Tough choice, but this gets my vote
