i'm thinking the thicker bumpers are 25lbs, smaller are 10. So probably ~105. At the very most it's 155lbs but i seriously doubt it.

Sometimes I'll go to the gym and just spot people.
You are allowed to change the weights in a WOD so if deadlifting 185x21 is too hard you can do something lighter. If you do it as written then I believe the CrossFit term is doing it as rx'ed.
Personally I think doing a set of 21 deadlifts is retarded no matter what the weight is.
A whole bunch of crossfit hate in here! I crossfit with some buddies of mine, a daily WOD and a strength or skill portion to work on form with oly lifts and heavy weight low rep compound movements. I don't pay hundreds of dollars a month for a membership at some xfit gym either. For every idiot doing half ass crossfit wods with shitty form, there are a hundred idiots curling every damn dumbbell in the gym or standing around the flat bench. If you guys haven't tried a crossfit wod, give it a shot, crossfit.com isn't the only resource, there are good gyms out there that put out quality workouts.
