Your least favorite animal protein?

I don't like pork. Bacon is ok, but the rest is nasty.

I can’t stand Jewish delicacies. Gefilte Fish, tongue, Pastrami. Worst cuisine in the world.

As a jew, can confirm.

For me its lobster, crab, oystees, clams. I only like fish, scallops or shrimp for seafood.

Otherwise i eat virtually anything.

I gotta go with lamb chops. They taste really weird to me and I don't like them at all. They are supposed to be some fancy dish here too. I do like the gyro meat from lamb.

Really? Lamb is my favourite meat.

It just occured to me that I like every kind of animal protein. From organs, to all sorts of seafood, to meats, all the way to some nasty fucking shit like andouillette in France (it's pig's stomach and intestines layers in some sort of sausage - if you are not warned that it has a special taste you might actually throw up).
My least favourite I guess would have to be turkey because it's very dry, or what they call "Mettwurst" in Germany - some raw salami spread that they eat on bread here.

I hate organ meat, especially beef liver, the taste is not bad tbh but the smell and the idea that this part was cleaning the toxins of the animal throws me off.

Mutton bird. Tastes like anchovies sort of and I like anchovies but the shock of eating a bird without knowing that is a bad memory.

Dude, totally get why Oysters could be hated. But man when they are done right they are amazing. New Orleans does em right. Great with Tabasco and a beer. Lobster on its own is over rated to me. Clams are great if fresh and done right. But I spent ha
F my life hating all seafood. Now I love it....just never opened myself before.

Crab, because I'm allgeric to it. It sucks too, because I never used to be. I can still eat lobster and shrimp though.

I can't really say what it is but I'm pretty sure in the middle of some field Chris Pontius knocked one back like a shot.

Yesterday, I bought some lengua tacos from some old Mexican woman in the parking lot of a Home Depot. I just wanted a mandarin Jarritos, but she gave me a free taco to try. Smart move. I bought six. Tongue is great, if done right.

I eat all sorts of offal, but the stench of andouillettes was fucking terrible. It's pretty much where poo is stored. I didn't know that. Ordered it for my last meal in Paris and could only eat the fries.

I'm not fussed on pepperoni or mortadella but that isn't really the animal's fault. I really can't think of anything. There are things I WON'T eat like shark fin because it's cruel as fuck and things like dog because they're pets, horse because I used to ride every day, rabbit again had one as a pet.

All cuts of lamb are amazing though. Lamb chops marinated in yoghurt and various Indian spices on a searing hot griddle so it catches and you eat them like lollipops, they're awesome.

Lamb chops - disgusting
Pork chops - disgusting
roast beef - disgusting

Tripe......I FUCKING HATE tripe. soo gross.

Ill eat heart and livers daily tho.
I've had good and bad. Had an amazing tripe dish in DeNiro's restaurant in Vegas called Trippa a'la Fiorentina, replicated it when I got to Tuscany and I did a pretty good job of it, bought some tripe from my local Spanish store a couple of years ago and it was gopping. I had to throw it away.
