I gotta go with lamb chops. They taste really weird to me and I don't like them at all. They are supposed to be some fancy dish here too. I do like the gyro meat from lamb.

Lamb chops marinated in mint sauce are amazing. I’d go with goats milk. I don’t ever remember having it but I can’t really think of a animal protein source I didn’t like.

I used to feel similarly about lamb chops and while I do still agree that they taste a bit different, over time ive learned a lot of people dont fucking prepare them properly so they taste gamey as fuck.
If theyre done right you can totally knock that gamey Ness down quite a bit but even at their best I cant eat as much of it as other meat.

Ps. Gyro meat is bomb.

I’m from KC to as well, (where bbq ribs along with burnt ends are the flagship/cornerstone bbq meat).

I agree. Ribs are extremely overrated. Ill eat them but I never order them. There's a reason they get they have to soak them in sauce and all that. Shit cut of meat.
