My prediction is that it's unpredictable. It's been a long time off for Hazmat. And we never actually knew if Rob took everything as seriously as other guys, he makes a point of pointing out he's a (video) gamer. I would prefer if fighters spent all their time training, but it is what it is. I think Rob and High-vis will be fairly evenly matched.

Khamzat will try to bumrush TDs on Whittaker with no setup with the strikes and gas himself out trying and then Rob will take over & finish Khamzat with strikes

I do believe Khamzat has issues in later rounds, but I think he adrenaline dumps early due to fighting infrequently. Nerves are slightly worse (unless your Jon Jones) after long layoffs.

I like Whittaker by fifth round TKO/KO or unanimous decision. I admit this is a hard one to call exactly because of Khamzat's inactivity. Khamzat has shown flashes of brilliance, but I'm going with Robert's steadfast and consistent performances.

I'm fairly confident that Whitaker wins this fight. Stylistically, the only way I see him losing is if he gets knocked out. When is the last time we've seen Whitaker get taken down and controlled? DDP had some success on the ground but other than that, I can't think of any time.

Also, Whitaker has S-tier stamina. I don't see Khamzat outlasting Bobby Knuckles.

I hope not to see excuses if Khamzat dusts Whittaker example look at Usman they made him appear as if he was a bum and the same with Burns post fight.

I agree, the expectations put on Khamzat are so high it’s almost comical. He soundly beat a former champ and former P4P #1 but because he didn’t run right through him people act like he struggled. Usman isn’t career journeyman Kevin Holland, he’s not someone you just run through.

I am rooting for GOATWOLF but I think Rob survives the grappling and GNP and gives him hell on the feet.

However, I have often lost money betting against the younger lion when he is the betting favourite.

Mileage is a factor. I sort of got Khamzat. Never got beat. It's different. More left in him. But who knows here. He is extremely athletic. Rob should be the better striker and Kham the better grapler.
