I have a rain storm sound app that helps to knock me out pretty quick
smoke weed and listen/watch ASMR videos on youtube, specifically mixology ASMR

Seroquel KMTFO in no time but I don't always take them and usually just like to listen to something chill like this to help lull me off
Don't set TV & DVR sleep timer. Don't brush teeth yet. Close your eyes and convince yourself you're just resting your eyes for a bit. Next thing you know, you dozed off for a few hours and need to turn off the TV & DVR.
