What happened? Did it work out or not? If not what happened? What mistakes did you make?

I spent 15 years trying to be a musician. Made a bunch of mistakes but I never had real talent either. Always had to force the mindset

Comedy though

I’ve been just smoking the open mics lately. I’m the closer now. Got a little drunk.. talking some shit. When I’m sober.. I put a lot of effort into maintaining a cool mindset..

I want to get some money out of the comedy game though. There’s some earning potential.

No, I went to a high school very focused on sports, tried out for the school cricket and basketball teams, not close to making either. Enjoyed playing though, in Australia you don't need to make the school teams to play sports, there are private leagues outside of school where doesn't matter how good you are you'll be able to play.

Nah... I was always strong and hit really hard, I was also always quite fast... but always got injured really easily so I'd spend half the time recovering. Anthony Pettis syndrome :(

Realistically, it's probably best to pick a job that doesn't require getting punched in the face to make a living anyway <lmao>

I was a good enough hockey player to play major junior in Canada. I was just a bottom 6’er there though who dropped the gloves, killed penalties and threw big hits but it was still super cool. I met a lot of good people and had a blast. Some of those crowds were incredible. Nothing like it.

I get paid real money to play senior hockey in my mid 30’s. It’s pretty fun. ($200 a game lol). I played a bit in that Quebec fight league Steve bosse came from too. Luckily not at the same time

I probably could've been a pretty decent boxer, but I ended up quitting while I was getting good and people were giving me more attention than I wanted. So I stopped boxing.

@lsa had the potential to be a great boxer but he had to make the ultimate sacrifice and become one of Sveden's most renowned swine herders.
Fact. @lsa taught Ali the Rope a Dope

Was pretty good at baseball and grew up playing with a couple first round draft picks for MLB. I hung with them and played on all stars/travel/school with them through about age 13 and then realized the game completely changes. At that point, a lot of private lessons, focus on building size, etc. I literally just quit. I'd spent the last 5+ years living and breathing baseball, but I just stopped.

Got sponsored by a shop skateboarding, but I never had the required skillset to go far. Similarly with music. Played in bands that traveled, but I wasn't really a good player. I was a decent songwriter though and always had riffs ready to go.

I was being introduced to college baseball scouts as a sophomore in HS. Junior year my family decided to move back to the Upper Peninsula of Michigan, very rural town with no baseball team…. So that was where my baseball career ended.

I wish you all sweet dreams about grappling or whatever you dumbasses dream about
I was a standout hockey goalie from 6 and had a free ride from a country club until 15 when I decided I wanted to smoke weed and be a retard instead.
My whole family got a membership because of me, they bought me all my gear too.
Crazy how much money goes into youth sports by organizations that want to ‘win’ and make their club look good.

I do both won some boxing grappling and was a champion in others I was always undisciplined in my 20”s at 51 I’m the best version of myself now but have movie connection in the horror industry and draw horror art some of my movie ideas actually happened the problem is they weren’t mine bc I w didn’t act on them and these are stuff like Zombie Beavers ( I had the idea first ) and killer ginger bread men etc etc ……

Mistakes I made would be like telling H.R Ginger’s agent ( Artist of the Alien movies ) to basically F off when he wanted to give me a art gallery showing but wanted me to tone down the violence , I learned opportunities down come often like that but when your young and dumb ? Lol

Here’s one more subtle from 2002 , I put this in the Metropolitan Opera Family Art gallery but it was removed because someone eventually realized it had cannibalism in it got good offers for it to but never parted ways with it the pic doesn’t do it justice it’s much cleaner looking in person .
