I had to look it up to confirm, but apparently it's not too strange. Even before winning the championship, he fought all of 3 times in the past 4 years. And most champions fight a bit less frequently after winning the title because they want to hold onto the title and chase money fights, so I guess it's very possible that Yair becomes even more inactive.

It wouldn't be 100% of course, but he's just being hyperbolic to make a point. And a bunch of people liked his post, so it's not really that strange.
