I'm talking about a single incident you could undo. Like a moment that you could change.

When I was younger some foreman told me to pick up this big pile or rebar when I was a noob and didn't know lifting technique. I herniated a disc and have had problems with it ever since.

I'd make Scott Norwood's kick go through.

There’s that time I did in Lat Yao prison in Bangkok.

There was this girl you see, Sooraya was her name.
In January sooraya and her friend nan stole from a cop, money and drugs.
he realized who they were when I filed a police report about my missing passport and showed soorayas ID card, she had changed her name a year or two prior because her family has some way of hacking the Thai lottery and online gambling and stole millions.

her family went to him, paid a ton of money and traded her for me. the other police districts were happy to help bang me up for this because I had paid a bribe when I was arrested in December and sooraya told them I was talking about it

so either the mob catches me and kills me, or every police agency in the country does and I get charged for a few dozen crimes I had nothing to do with but will get me the death penalty ten times over. they had a few hitmen follow my timeline since I moved to Thailand and have committed horrific acts the entire way. the dates obviously won't match but the corruption in this country makes it very easy to get someone to lie and say that they match.

Once I am dead and gone, I hope someone decides to follow up on this. find her and her family and make sure Justice is served somehow. the hitman doing a lot of this has a wife directly across from majestic suites on the corner of sukhomvhit and soi 4. they have a small resturant there. he's a retired cop. her best friend may has a brother in thong lo who has helped with most of this, he's an investigator in thong lo. and lastly a woman named top who has a resturant on the corner of soi 3 and petchbury has a brother with the police in makassan and he was the other I know who was directly involved.

I have done nothing wrong, nothing but fall in love with the devil.

I got that reference.

I know it sounds cliche but I really wouldn’t change anything. It wasn’t always easy but I worked hard and had some luck and things worked out for me. If I change anything, maybe things wouldn’t have worked out the way they did.

I guess if I have to pick something, I’ll pick something minor. I wouldn’t have bought a 6.4 powerstroke again but they had just came out and I had oilfield money and absolutely loved the truck. It had over 40k of warranty work done to it when I owned it then when warranty was up, the secret of how awful they were was out and it was worthless. Lol…

I wouldn't have bought that new truck in 2008. I would have just saved up all my money so I was able to buy a house sooner after the recession. Still bought in 2013 for $275k

I've always felt terrible about this kid I told to pick up a load of rebar and I didn't check he knew how to lift it safely....

Actually, that sucks , I presume there's nothing they can do for it ? Or could it make it worse ?
Stretch every morning, live a healthy lifestyle, avoid high impact activities. All super boring shit.

When I was in the military I was accepted into the defense language institute in Monterey but turned it down because they wanted me to learn Arabic.

the housing market dipped twice, so you were ok, but you definitely missed on a second property <lol>

I'd go back 60 seconds write something better in this post

That's a really tough one.... there are so many things I wish I could undo.

Gun to my head, refusing surgery on my spine when I was in my early 30s. The procedure was very invasive and would have required months in recovery. At the time, pain levels were manageable and I declined.

Fast forward to now (I'm 39) and my quality of life has been completely destroyed. I have severe lower lumber stenosis and disk degeneration - it's gotten so bad that I have a partial paralysis in my right leg and I wake up every morning like a dehydrated turtle. To make matters worse, the surgery will no longer work - the next step is to replace three disks in my spine with composites, but it will only stop the progression of the issue, not fix what is damaged.

I'd like to say I wouldn't have had a kid in high school if I could go back and change it.

But, that would mean my mom probably wouldn't have lived to see my oldest graduate high school and go to college.

So, honestly, I'd rather go back to 2017 and not sell all of my BTC at $20k.

I would change when I didnt buy/mine Bitcoin when it was new and worthless.
