I'll say what i said in the other thread...

As much as I'd like to shit on him, Epstein was not some enigma who just dealt in child exploitation. He was a big player in the big money game, and did work for many, many, MANY filthy rich people. It doesn't make them all philes. He was just a highly successful money man to most. A money man with some skeletons in his closet, sure, but a money man nonetheless. Every rich person you see on TV who is over 25 years old, probably dealt with the guy in some capacity.

Pay attention to the language Chomsky uses to try and deflect. "Under the American system, he has a clean slate". He's subtly trying to pass the buck onto "capitalism and empire" for his dealings with this fuckin perverted super-villian. If Epstein were a citizen of Iceland, or Ghana, or New Zealand or Japan or some other country would Noam then refrain from meeting with the guy and doing business with him? Not to mention the fact that convicted sex offenders have nothing even approaching a "clean slate" in the US so wtf is he even talking about.

Also note that when he confirms that Epstein handled his quarter mill the first thing he does is mention his deceased wife in order to earn sympathy. He may look like he's been dead for the last 10 years but he's still pretty sharp, so he knows what he's doing here. Therefore I think he's dirty and probably has even more disturbing connections than have been uncovered so far.

Yeah, that's BS. For starters, he never even served his time adequately. He was given immunity and received all sorts of other lenient treatment; in addition, sex offenders like him don't magically get clean slates. He was a registered level 3 sex offender, which stays with you for life.
