Thread where? Not a political topic. Post in sports bar wouldn't get war roomers.

@Lead, or any other mod, do I have permission to make a fantasy football thread in the warroom? If it can't stay up for the season, it being closed and dumped after we get 3 more recruits to have 12 teams would be plenty fine.

Eh, I don’t know where this should go but WR doesn’t make sense.

Let me see if I can get a better answer but you could make one in the great beyond and just have everyone bookmark it. I’ll get back to you though.

I think PUO was able to get a large PM group together for the PWD Fantasy league that is over the allotted participant amount

I can't see how that would be enough for you to feel confident making a judgment here. Your perception would certainly be heavily colored by bias. Not a dig--that applies to anyone.
I don't think you're right. I think it's very possible for a person to look at front-page headlines from a particular outlet every day for months and get an accurate impression of which candidates are receiving favorable headlines and which are not.

That'd definitely work for in season and give @Fawlty a break from hearing about us until major gloating happens. Thanks

Greg's suggestion of a possible exception to PM caps would also work well if possible.

Just got carded for this:

To the extent that you don't think that's true, is the extent that you're wrong.

I think you all can guess whether Farmer Brown was also carded, even though he initiated the exchange. I think you all can also guess who the infracting moderator was.

Well that all makes a big difference. It still begs the question, “why?”

Why would his attorney want him to be less protected? Why would they grant it to someone who attempted suicide already? Why in God’s name are untrained people working as guards?

None of that screams competence or propriety.
Q1
Probably the kind of attorney who just does whatever the client asks without thinking about the client's long-term interests. That's a good way to get a certain kind of client. It's sort of what wheeler catlett is the foil for.

Q2: dunno but I found a number of similar cases in just ny without trying too hard. This is just much higher profile.

Q3: beats me but that's fodder for a "failure to train" extension of the lawsuit.

Might he be an infuriated dickhead?

Talking about demeanor I mean.

We're talking about the NYT or a similar outlet, I assume. I'd say that it's "possible" in the sense that their guess might be right but not in the sense that they'd be justified in having any confidence about their guess.

I mean I do feel like your statement is more a deduction from his post than a random insult.

Maybe it was just impolite to say out loud...? Lol.

You flamed another poster in the WR (and outside the Lounge thread).

To Q2 yeah that’s true I mean most people who are put on suicide watch are taken off at some point, but not this soon and not without clearance from a psychologist or psychiatrist. I’m still not sure on if he got such clearance, but if he did it’s more incompetence.

Also lol at this:https://www.google.com/amp/s/www.fo...-former-cellmate-apparent-suicide-attempt.amp

Watched this last night.

I usually hate remixes but that one was actually half decent.

Are you agnostic on the question of whether Breitbart's headlines are pro-Trump on average? If not, why not?

Careful, experienced "browsers" have the capacity to detect headline skew.

Which moderator? I don't keep up with these things, but I'm pretty sure it wasn't Lead. Madmick?

Him and another guy who I won’t mention are essentially peasants here. Allowed to roam, but their leash is tiny.

No, but Breitbart is very openly pushing political propaganda. Different business model, which is why I said, "We're talking about the NYT or a similar outlet."
