Never "got" how CM ever had any fans at all. Back story from years ago, he did a lame AF schtick of "I'm a straight clean wrestler, don't drink or use drugs" which was a weak ass slam to insult a fellow wrestler with a DUI arrest. Yeah, he went there, but even sober his ring prowess sucked. IMHO he was OK on the mic but weak AF as a wrestler.

It'd be cool if Mickey Gall was a special guest referee for Punk's match.

Wasn't impressed with him when he first started in the WWE. I remember online chatter being "this guy's gonna change the business". I didn't see it. I wasn't watching at the time, but the SES seemed perfect for him. Started watching again before WrestleMania 27 and thought he was just a guy destined for upper midcard. Then the pipe bomb happened...
