Ive suffered from insomnia my entire life. I used to literally stay up for days even as a baby young child. Nothing helps and I’m not quite willing (or ready) for sleep meds, as my experience with just OTC ones is not great. The lack of sleep actually causes me to eventually crash, so I do try to at the very least rest for 15-30 periods when ever I get the chance, I just close my eyes and breath, trying to shut my brain off and think about nothing, just a blank black board with nothing on itNo I don't know if that would be very helpful because my insomnia is a symptom of other issues that can't go away. Have you?
@Unknown Pleasures Is credible, never lied to me. Asking something is not accusing, but I get why you would think that. I take a lot of things very literally so if that makes me a bad person or a moron in your eyes so be it. I am convinced he did not try to plot to kill anyone if it makes you feel better.
Cheers

Can you check in and call him? Perhaps tell him it’s a medical appointment and you can’t be tardy? Thanks Sara.
My ride is late.
That’s a good technique thank you. I’m sorry you deal with that.Ive suffered from insomnia my entire life. I used to literally stay up for days even as a baby young child. It is what it is, what I don’t like is when I get advice that is not useful in anyway, like just use a sleep eyemask, count sheep, etc... people that don’t deal with not getting sleep (that’s not self inflicted) do not understand. That’s a good technique thank you. I’m sorry you deal with that.
Pretty much, but instead of merely being pleased with you for that reference, I would have been downright proud if you had left out the 'm'.Is it like mIRC for millennials?
I don’t know anything about baseball so it’s been incredible to watch a player getting in trouble for hitting a home run this week.
I love Embiid but Davis is an infinitely better defender imo.

I agree with that and what i said about Davis and embiid comes from watching them a lot.To be fair, great defense in basketball is much harder to tangibly measure than great offense. Defensive box plus minus much less indicative tham offensive. You really need to watch games more so than see stat sheets to know who the great defensive players are because so much is about positioning, presence, and forcing missed shots, none of which show up well on stat sheets. Blocks and defensive boards and steals only matter so much.
I just learned that otters are from the same (taxonomic) family as weasels, badgers, ferrets, etc. Neato. When I was in 5th grade my school had something called zoo school where for a semester you would have your classes every day at the zoo in classrooms built there. Part of the assignments was picking an animal and studying it and I had my heart set on river otter obviously because that's my favorite animal but we picked based on last name and the person a few before me picked river otter. I started crying, I was really upset. I ended up with Llamas.
Wolverines too. Interesting!I just learned that otters are from the same (taxonomic) family as weasels, badgers, ferrets, etc. Neato.
I love embiid though
