What's most impressive to me is that Bertuzzi somehow flash KO'd Moore with his hockey glove still on. Had he not, Moore would have broken the fall instead of face-planting and breaking his neck.
Those hockey gloves don't provide a ton of padding to be fair, there is enough that the puck doesn't break your hand if you take a slapshot to the hand but that seems to be about it. Also, it's easy to flash KO someone when you hit them basically in the temple from behind and they aren't prepared for it.
Bertuzzi is known as dirty for basically a single play. Steve Moore earlier in the year had hit Naslund in the head giving him a concussion and chipped the bone in his elbow. No suspension, no even fine (granted this was before a lot of rules were added for the sake of player safety). So Bertuzzi did what he did and almost killed Moore.
Better examples of guys that were consistent and habitual line steppers is Tom Wilson, Sean Avery, even though he's on the team I cheer for Brad Marchand was notorious for years for elbow shots, some will say Scott Stevens cause of how he almost killed Koslov, Kariya, and basically ended Lindros' career.
Whenever Ron Artest is brought up I always think it's important to point out that the reason he was laying on the scorers table to start the Malace at The Palace is because Ben Wallace made him his bitch and he ran away.
It's like what Aaron Rome did to Horton. Horton never played again and even teams that were rivals of the Bruins would go after Rome from that day forward.
Anybody posting anything beyond that @ is going to be put on my list. A SherBro @BEER is going through it. You will all show your fucking respect. This guy is walking into a easy operation, he'll be fine, and we are all here for him. Every single poster and enemy is here for @BEER you son of a bitch.
Nothing at all. She said it was good to get it checked because they are symptoms, but they can also just be perfectly normal. In my case, there was no damage at all.
Violence/Genocide: Do not condone violence or genocide on a person or group of people. You are free to attack a person or groups ideas but you are crossing the line when calling for violence. This will be heavily enforced in threads with breaking news involving victims.
