Personally I think he should be fired. No paid leave, no anger management classes, no desk work. This video shows me he has both mental and emotional problems and is no longer fit for the job. I don’t want a man like this carrying a gun. He clearly has issues and can no longer do his job properly.

Nah, it's amusing and mostly enjoyable. At this juncture my IRL social circle has organically become damn near exclusively other LGBT people (less lesbians and trans folx) and my work these days is relatively solitary, so it's a virtual outlet of correspondence and engagement of sorts for me.
