However, the dude's personal upbringing in DC is important and adds a whole lot of context there. I do like Slayer's cover better though from a musical standpoint.

That can probably be said of any song centered around a complaint or personal problem (which is likely almost all of Minor Threat's songs). But yeah, DC's demographics don't mirror the US as a whole.

The Slayer cover was pretty good. I dig that whole album. Was psyched they included D.I. and Dr. Know tracks.

I think the existential angst caused by trying to determine what "empty" really is leads to the rarity of the rule's enforcement.

My state has finally released vaccination data per county (not necessarily how many people have been vaccinated IN a certain county, but how many people LIVING in the respective county already have got their shot). I did a quick analysis vs. the 7 day Corona incidence level, which is regarded as the key metrics by politics here.

It shows % of people who have at least received their first shot vs. the 7 day incidence level. I think while there certainly is a high level of variation still, it does seem to show a certain vaccination effect already.

It also shows that it might have been a mistake to set up vaccination centers per county and giving them all the same amount of vaccine doses, irrespective of how many people are living there.
