Swimming for a long time can really sneak up on you when you’re done and you’ll be like damn I’m tired.
That just means it's time to backstroke for a second and catch a second wind.
Swimming almost daily is the thing I miss most about the pre covid world. Now it's by appointment and is a huge hassle.
I just fired my gym membership back up today since I'm 2 weeks after shot 2. I used to be able to swim for almost 2 hours and I'm betting I can barely do 3 laps now.
