He should be convicted of the manslaughter count. I don't think he should be convicted of the murder charge but I also don't know exactly how that charge breaks down in Minnesota.
2nd degree murder is what i think is most appropriate but i bet its manslaughter if anything.

having worked in law, yea, this interests me as well.

not many know the differences between the counts, and those calling for Murder 1 are horribly misinformed and stupid.
And juries are straight fucking weird..... the OJ jury legit acquitted him cause some didn't want to convict a black man and all the rest wanted to go home after being sequestered for months.

yea, if you read "Outrage" ...you would have discovered just how fucking stupid that panel was.

one juror said, " I don't know why they introduced that DNA stuff. that wasn't important". lol

I watched the ESPN special they did on it where they sat down with the jurors and interviewed them.

The most concerning part was the friend of OJ's that got interviewed that basically said he was told by OJ tha the did it.

to prove this you'd have to establish that Chauvin knew his actions would have caused the death of Floyd. this is almost impossible, unless you're Professor X.

the Prosecutor dropped the ball as well...failing to introduce the suicide note by OJ,, and not viciously challenging the "if it doesn't fit, you must acquit" closing.

LOL, no, the verdict isn't contingent on that.

the quote link got broken sdw so im just responding here. when i say appropriate i mean from the perspective of truth not what can be proven.

Oh, having him try on a leather glove that was found soaked in blood while wearing a latex glove underneath.... just... wtf.

You could be a smarter version of this guy: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dan_Bongino

Plus, you could talk about living in two very left-wing areas and how those places are ruined now.
Well, I can’t talk stink about Hawaii
You can call your future YouTube channel something hokey like Hawaiian Patriot News
Great name for the demo tbh
You seem like too good of a fella to be able to pull it off tbh.
Mahalos sir
I imagine becoming a right-wing media grifter is like getting into the porn industry. You're pretty much sacrificing any chance to be part of regular society once you're in.
oh yeah, that’s a given.

the trial thread

What it comes down to. Got some real fucked people around here.
The good news is the races of the people involved have absolutely nothing to do with it.

Nothing at all.

It's it me or is half the WR carded? Did the methods of moderation change?

Trump’s former Press Secretary Kayleigh McEnany scolded President Biden for weighing in on the trial of former Minneapolis police officer Derek Chauvin: "I think it’s the role of the president of the United States to stay back, to not inflame the tensions"
