You don't have to answer if you don't want to. Are you African American?

No I’m not. Why?

Not from me
Maybe we have a different definition of globalism, a word that has lost most meaning imo. I gotta go scrub some toilets and I can't type well on a smartphone. Maybe later. But not here, not now.

I don’t like to argue anyway I’m always wrong

I just played modern warfare after 2 months off to unlock the new pistol. Everyone is now a dropshot and jumping maniac and the game was anything but casual

after Sunday I'll be doing modifying my macros, decreasing my carb intake, upping my protein...

so I think...by 5/31 I'm going to be in prime, Super model material.
There’s definitely no reason to have more than 1.7 grams of protein per pound of body weight. That high is only necessary if you’re on anabolic steroids, and even that is controversial.

There is normally no advantage to consuming more than 0.82g/lb of protein per day to preserve or build muscle for natural trainees. That already includes a mark-up, since most research finds no more benefits after 0.64g/lb.

I used to eat way too much protein so just passing it along. It is good for satiety but you don’t want to be burning protein for fuel if you’re cutting out all carbs and fats too low and relying just on protein.

Yeesh. Sounds awful.

I tried Smite for a decent length of time today and enjoyed it a lot.

It was man. I'm not that kinda player. All the dudes on the opposite team had league tags. It was fn terrible. Like gym class when the coach wants to be a dick and makes the teams burnouts vs the jocks and the game is dodgeball
