This is the answer, I looked up and found some examples. Weird way to ask it, no?
I basically addressed how this experience offers opportunities and incentives to improve the relative weaknesses.

HR management gobbly gook for sure.

He has said some pretty terrible things, but again, trying to say one person should not be punished for doing something by saying someone else did not get punished for it, is not really a defense.
All the mods should give this post a like, IMO. This is one reason why I generally don't support such complaints against how mods make their decisions around here.

Trump himself said he'd invoke the insurrection act if there were mass protests when he lost.
Do you mind providing a source for that claim and some reason to believe it was sincere, seeing as how they have been driving their cult toward what happened since before the 2016 election?

This rather supports my point, in a way.

"“We’ll put them down very quickly if they do that. We have the right to do that. We have the power to do that, if we want,” Trump said.

“Look, it’s called insurrection,” he added. “We just send in, and we do it very easy. I mean, it’s very easy. I’d rather not do that because there’s no reason for it, but if we had to, we’d do that and put it down within minutes.”"

Care to explain where this instant and forceful response was on Jan 6? Or why it's not an insurrection despite Trump himself applying that term to the same sorts of actions?

I interjected because of your assertion that there is only a semantic, i.e. irrelevant in this context, difference between a riot and an insurrection. But there is absolutely a clear and non-trivial difference and Trump himself acknowledges it in this quote. To me, the only reason it might not seem so clear cut is the remarkable restraint of the police/secret service in terms of the lack of violence visited upon the insurrectionists, giving it a more peaceful veneer than it deserves.

It's a semantic quibble being made by people that support protesting, but not this mob. To create a distinction which doesn't just rely on the obvious truth that not all protests/riots are morally or logically equivalent.
Technically any violent rejection of legal authority is an "insurrection".
Hence why it's the term used historically by dictators when crushing protestors, and government legislation which authorises use of military force to quell a civil disturbance.
You could also technically call this mob (and other protestors/rioters) terrorists, since they've resorted to public violence in attempt to achieve political goals.
Technically accurate, but still a semantic game of over using loaded terms.
Common enough, but don't expect me to respect it.

@sweede seemed pretty upset about it. You bet your baby carrot he had QUITE enough of those moose lambs.

Didnt he import a wife from Thailand?
The city does have huge problems, but there are many issues. Its not black and white.
Ranting on an American karate forum seemed to me like a bad way to deal with it.
But at least he got it of his chest.
