What's your go to coming up from dog fight with the other person using the whizzer aside from pushing in/ grabbing the knee or going back under?

I found these two that seem interesting. The Leites one seems like it would be hard to pull off but getting into truck would be pretty awesome for a transition:

you can tap the other knee but that’s very hard and you’ll have no base against solid grapplers.

sometimes pull the arm out. Just limp arm it kinda. You can go inside for the legs like you’re scoring a takedown. Try and scoot for the back than roll the counter.


Damn i just realized I havent done and BJJ in quite some time. I really have to start back again this year. You keep putting things off than one day you wake up and a lot of time has gone by. The pandemic didn’t help either
 
Business idea. If offices move more and more to remote; there likely will still be some desire for office/desk space eventually. You could see a location that provides deskspace to any remote workers in the area with the company likely fronting some type of monthly fee. Would be an interesting dynamic if you were in an office with people you don't even work with. That might actually cause problems and be one of the reasons it couldn't work. Not sure.

I'm generally sad about how it seems to accelerate as you get older. Like each decade feels like it goes by faster with how busy you stay but possibly routine things get. I really think my 40s is going to feel like a year at this rate.

I mean, you'd have to direct some of that rent to maintaining common amenities.

But what you're describing is pretty common in the legal profession. Solo practitioners share office spaces all the time.

Yea, there would be more than a desk that would be packaged with it. True on the legal, I'm sure there are a few more examples. I just think it could become more widespread if a companies workforce becomes more spread-out and they don't necessarily choose to hire locally.
