I'd say RomeroProbably Jacare, Mousasi, Romero, maybe Rochold. Machida got the title by beating Mousasi in what was a great fight.. after Weidman Machida never beat a top 15 guy again.... which makes sense at 36 with a speed/reflexes based striking game
That generation is odd. Romero was so much older but that is the time frame he became a thing.
