i go to read a tweet and it turns out twitter just locked my account because it thought i was a bot. i had to do some dumb human verification puzzle bullshit to get it to unlock.

then an hour later i get a notification saying:

seen some facebook video of some dude throwing a live carp into a tank full of piranhas where the piranhas did some piranha things to the carp.

i knew there would be karens in the comments so i had to look, and one of them asks "does this hurt the fish?" and some of the replies i find more amusing than i probably should. "it can be quite ticklish", "naww, carp won't feel a thing being eaten alive", "dead fish testified that everything was normal"
