In cases of sex offenders getting chemically castrated and not able to use their dicks, the urge to sex offend is still there, they just use something else to assault with.

Sure Andy, I’m the one that brought up if dicks still worked after castration, how it was used for boys so their voices wouldn’t change and they’d sing like women.
