Thankfully under good medicated control, but wife’s cousin had that type of schizophrenia. 21 years old, always just a little awkward. Suddenly would have spells escaping the house at night, running around town talking a made up language, and no memory of the event. Absolutely horrifying.

Now he’s back to just a little bit awkward big hearted dude

There's a fun little side story in the movie Love and Other Drugs where the main character is pushing Zoloft to doctors and so he steals there Prozac samples and dumps them in the trash.

I homeless man finds them in the trash and slowly puts his life together due to the drugs he finds in the trash.

I miss wai, though. People like to use "autistic" as an insult (which I think is one of those things that discredits the calumniator more than the target), but I think wai really was autistic or in some way "neurodivergent," and he actually deserved a bit of a pass for some of his comments because of that. That is, I get the mods' actions, but the rest of us maybe should have been more patient with him. Plus, he made better arguments than probably any active rightist, and he made more of an effort to actually understand arguments before responding to them than 95% of the group.
 
Id say the WR lounge has by far the best group of poster on the dog. The lounge has every topic covered, mma, boxing, sports, politics, music, food, travel, movies, literature. We have a small enough group of regulars that we can argue and bitch at one another, yet are extremely loyal to our own. Super under rated imo.

I think it was more of an act than you believe. Towards the end of his run his persona showed some major cracks. I think he was decently intelligent, but was only here to troll.

Interested to hear about the cracks you're referring to if you can recall. I'd be very surprised if it was an act. Really good one if so.
