Use that line to get them to try it and it quickly became a favorite. The spice helped wake every one up at the end of the night.

Sambuca is easily described as type of liquor similar to Jaeger but from Italy and clear. It acts like Ouzo when you drip water in too and can get that cloudy look from a chemical reaction.

We used reposado tequila so you could see like three clearly defined layers. I would wager @AgonyandIrony has tried them before lol.
