Well it is the war room and I don’t give a shit if you approve of it or not. You’ve never made a worthwhile political post the entire time you’ve been here.

You sound upset. The fact that you think my political posts aren't worthwhile is probably the highest compliment I have been paid on here. Thanks.

I should say, it's the worst book I've ever read all the way through. There have been books I've put down before, but that's rare. Urban Fantasy might not be my style, but I could at least take away an interesting character or two. Or maybe a great scene. I couldn't take any of that from American Gods. Not even the woman who consumed a whole adult by shoving him up her vagina at the beginning of the book.

I think the appeal of it is the approach to world building in terms of myths and belief as their empowerment. Certainly it isn't about characterisation. That's not a new idea or even done as well as others (Tim Powers Last Call does it better IMO). He's gifted with language though of course, and for a non-American at least the Americana was amusing. I would have enjoyed it more if he'd just out and out taken the piss, but that's definitely not his style.

Exactly. Why bother? He's gone. The people who hate him keep him more relevant then those who support him
It still bothers me but like you said giving oxygen to fire makes it burn higher.

@Gandhi Democrats bidding against themselves when literally no figure would ever get GOP votes drives me nuts

Yeah I sound upset. You quoted me for no reason complaining About me but I sound upset.

What’s most likely happening is the numbers are dredged from databases and sold on the dark web, then the cards are used online from whoever somewhere. The end user may be located in the United States, but attempting to arrest and prosecute for each of them is likely cost prohibitive, especially when the thieves running the backbone of the operation are overseas.

Generally the initial cc info thievery originates in Eastern Europe/Russia, but even if there are local ones the biggest difference is the sophistication of the operation for sure.

Step 1: Get on dark web
Step 2: Buy CC numbers
Step 3: Profit

Will I need crypto for that?

I don't know of you do audiobooks but here is a good one from Niel Gaiman...

I've never liked audio books very much.

I love to read though but I treat it like my diet and consume mostly trash. Currently I'm reading about James Reece killing terrorists. I enjoy King and hoag a great deal. Used to like Dean koontz til around odd Thomas.
