Give me an example that outweighs the input of others.
In farming there no such position, the accountants would be the closest and there's online information and spreadsheets creating fairly even competition.

I don't really understand what you are asking.

I don't know farming but I have to presume there are levels of ability that are not purely experience based, such as ability to calm animals.

i like how my union does it. everyone gets paid the same to do the same job. foremans get more pay as they do more. superintendants get even more as they run that aspect of the company. my employer has two superintendants, 9 foreman, and 72 workers.
