If I wasn’t on a diet I would destroy them. Love empanadas, and yours look great to me. Not dark, but a light golden brown, probably not as greasy too. Nice.

Fried gets too greasy and you can only eat a couple. Baked are more balanced and you can be a fat bastard and eat about 5.
