I had an electric car for the day on Monday... I wouldn't buy one but not terrible. Definitely wouldn't touch a car made in China though.

There'd have to be a strong upside so I doubt it. EV wise it'll be awhile for me anyway, the infrastructure needs to be locked down and more kinks need to be worked out. When/if that time comes I'm hoping Toyota is in the game.

They make shit, no way I would buy a car from them. There were thousands of Chinese electric bikes and scooters sold in the last few years...you should see how many are already in the dumps and junkyards. In NY they just leave them on the sidewalks. Total crap. Good food though.
