Possibly but Nick did not look much smaller in the Silva fight while Conor's best performances are at 145 lbs.
Nick fought Gomi in 2007.It would have looked like Nick vs Gomi..
Not surprised.Nick who? Is he a fighter?
Hold on.
Eddie Alvarez win is equal to Robbie Lawler
Jose Aldo win is similar to BJ Penn.
Also Nick finished guys like Tibau and was a defending champion in strike force. Defended many times. Conor never did that.
Conor made way more money but Nick has fought the elite in MMA his entire life.
Nah, people are just logical. Conor has one thing he can do which is knock out people, mostly midgets. Conors cardio under pressure also sucks balls.People really make Nick into this mythical figure and seem to forget his last win was 10 yrs ago.
Nate might not be the best fighter in the world, but he was (at the time that he fought Conor) and is still able to win fights. Or even take fights.
Yeah but at the time they would have fought Nick was pretty much done.Nah, people are just logical. Conor has one thing he can do which is knock out people, mostly midgets. Conors cardio under pressure also sucks balls.
Nick has a solid chin and is a pressure fighter with great submissions. He is also a normal sized man. Conor be fooked in that one.
In my opinion Nick was always the better version of Nate so I would say yes. If Nate could come close to winning Nick would win easily. Nick was basically the better version of Nate.
McGregor knocking out Aldo who was P4P #2 is similar to Diaz beating BJ Penn who was 1-2-1 in his last 4 fights? Yeah, no.
I hate McGregor as much as anyone but he’s leagues above Diaz in regards to accomplishments.
Both Diaz brothers are garbage, gatekeepers/decent contenders at best.
No.Oh yea Nick submitted prime Gomi as well.
Gomi could be considered comparable to the Aldo win.
Nick has wins overConor will always have better wins than Nick Diaz ever will.
Agreed. Nate beat up Conor in the first fight and turned him into a panic wrestler. The second one went the distance and it was not a blow out by any means, even after Conors over priced revenge camp and his protection from the media, it was still close. Nick would ragdoll Conor.
Yeah but at the time they would have fought Nick was pretty much done.
Nick is just too inconsistent. He beats gomi and then barely gets by Mike Aina in his next fight.Styles make fights and Nick is just too durable and applies too much pressure. If Nick came straight from the bar and Conor had a camp, that would be the only circumstances I could consider it even.
Conor only has the power for a little guy, I bet he couldn't even hit harder than many of Nicks past opponents. Beyond that, Conor has no ground game to offer Nick and his cardio would get him killed, guarandouble fucking teed. And I am not even a huge fan of either guy so I am not star struck. I just have a brain, it's obvious.
Hold on.
