A hell of a fighter with all of those records and never hold any belt....
4 of his losses was on Title shot.

Faber and KenFlo come to mind. Both so close but always the bridesmaid and never the bride.

Depends. If you mean specifically UFC belts I can name a bit. Hendo, Nog(fuck interims), Wanderlai, Faber, Condit, Overeem, Florian and Jacare no particular order

For my mind it's jacare, ridiculous that he never even got a title shot.

    He’s my fav non champ.

Followed closely by Clay Guida. I luv both those guys. If I could make a couple of wishes and have them come true. They’d both have belts.

Last time I checked he's still fighting, and according to the laws of bisping , he could very well be lightweight champion before its all said and done

Justin Eilers was the greatest fighter to never win a belt. Stuck in the greatest period for the UFC HW division.

Better than winning some and never defending them.

Benavidez is a better fighter than Cowboy. Aside from his split decision loss to Pettis only losses to the very best. Cowboy has lost to too many people. His is a very good 2nd tier fighter who has a very exciting style. He's also got a super fun personality.
