Just noticed Pat Downey no longer appears on the Fighters page of Bellator.com where he previously was listed. In case anyone cares :D

Watching right now, it's Muay Thai in a ring with 4oz gloves. Muangthai currently banging it in a Just Bleed fight, I like these rules.

ONE Refs need to fucking calm down. Constantly barking to fight even when the bout has a a break of 10 seconds.

ONE might be going full ring I think. The era of the cage is over.

Now you know why Seksan is a fan favourite, he turns all of his fights into Just Bleed wars.
Unfortunately ONE got him a bit late so I don't know how many more of these fights he's got in him, so enjoy it while it lasts.
Only issue I see with 4 oz Muay Thai is that more guys are gonna be breaking hands and getting concussions.

Nak Muay fight often, but it's a lot thanks to the bigger gloves

Lineup for the next ONE FC Friday card is up. Couple more big names headlining the card and I recognize 3 or 4 of the other fighters. Doesn't look as stacked as the card last week, but it should be solid action.

For those who missed the first ONE Championship Friday card, check out this back & forth Just Bleed war.
It starts off at a nice pace and then it goes bonkers when both fighters decide that the best defence is more offence.
