Woman villains

One of the goat female villains

My choice, Joan Fergusson, Wentworth, legit awesome series, at least the first 4 seasons or so. She's so damn evil lol, amazing villain, very layered.

GOOD FUCKING CALL! Holy shit The Freak was an absolute god damned savage. Not sure if you've been keeping up to date on the series.

Looks like the freak is back..somehow

Was she really a villain though? I thought she was just a nurse putting up with a bunch of horse shit from crazy people.

She was a bitch but no more of a villain than an overzealous cop in a film where our protagonist is a criminal.

I just realised that I never finished season 7. I had watched the first episode when it came out, but decided to wait until it was finished so I could binge, which I'm doing now!

If anyone hasn't watched Wentworth yet, do it. It's pretty damn hardcore.

Joan Ferguson is seriously one of the best villains in anything period.

Frankie has some great tits too

One of the best intros too, iconic

The two bad guys were the worst part of that movie though. They were both cartoonishly evil

I think that was on purpose though, she was designed that way as a replicant. What I liked about her as a villain was that her motives were impossible to read, you have to see her actions to know she is a villain and how deceptively strong she is. Unlike the Bautista replicant in the beginning that look strong too.

I don't think she was a particularly well-rendered villain from a writing standpoint, but I thought Blanchett did an awesome job and made her memorable.

I gotta say I laughed my ass off when she made her return speech that guy was like "whoever you are" and she goes
"Whoever I am?! Were you not listening to a word I was saying?!" The face she made was priceless

Her motives seemed clear to me. And I mean they made her up to look like a Romulan from Star Trek.

I didn’t like her. She definitely wasn’t as bad as Leto’s character chopping up newborn androids with a Samurai sword. I don’t think it was intentionally cheesy either, and if it was that’s still bad because it wouldn’t fit the tone of the rest of the movie

wow good call on Lansbury!

Cant believe I forgot that one. She’s chilling in that.

what a classic movie.

Great call. SMG was nuclear hot in that flick
While we're talking about Cruel Intentions I gotta bring up Dangerous Liasons which was based on the same source material (From 18th century France). Glen Close played the SMG role, bagging herself an Oscar nom in the process

Dangerous Liasons is worth checking out if you're a fan of Cruel Intentions although the eye candy isn't quite at the same level (Prime Michelle Pfeiffer and Prime Uma Thurman though)

never saw it but knew it was based on the same material and knew it had a phenomenal cast. It’s funny to me that Keanu who is one of the least suited for a period piece type of actors I can think of was in that movie and Bram Stokers Dracula.
Close is great in any role.
I never watched Cruel Intentions because I loved Dangerous Liasons. I liked Buffy and all, but I just didn’t think Glenn Close and John Malkovich could be topped.

Well Liaisons is thought of as a great, award-winning film. No ones going to accuse Cruel Intentions of being that- unless the award is MTV Movie Awards Best Kiss.

That said, it’s not without it’s merits.
