Let's assume that everything she did was illegal and those guys had the authority to enforce traffic laws or prevent her from impeding their drive back to the office. I don't believe any of that means she would be executed if found guilty. I'd guess that if 100 different cops were in that guy's shoes the lady doesn't get shot in the face 95-99 times.

You can't intentionally impede federal agents by using your car as a blockade, you fucking idiot. It does not matter AT ALL if they can go around you. Sure, maybe some will. Then again, maybe some won't. And if they don't, and command you to get out of your car, you best do what they say, or else their senses might get a little hightened.

i dare you to show me a Slow motion breakdown that proves she wasn't trying to run over a guy. Show me a slow motion video where the federal officer is not directly in front of her vehicle BEFORE she starts accelerating.... not 1 where she starts accelerating while he is still in front of her and then dodged out of the way.. and then you say after the fact " look he wasn't in front of the car anymore." Irrelevant. She tried to ram him and he dodged it. Saying that gives him no right to use force is like saying if you shoot at a cop and they matrix dodge the bullet, they have no right to return fire.

She tried to run over officers before. Her intent was very clear. This wasn't just somebody trying to flee. She has a history of this behavior.

What does it matter if they are culture war youtubers? They show the footage unedited. WHat does what they are saying or who the video poster is matter? They could be singing kumbaya during the video. It doesn't change the video evidence.

It absolutely matters. The law is about obstructing LEO’s ability to carry out their official duties. If they can carry out their duties, it’s not obstructing. It can be a separate violation.

No, they can’t just command you to get out of your car and immediately try to pry you out physically without articulating anything about why or giving any opportunity to comply. That’s not how the law works.

You put zero accountability for LEO’s to act in a manner that’s legal and consistent with the constitution and their training. You can call her actions dumb and irresponsible while still holding LE accountable to be professional and well trained and NOT escalate what was a non-violent situation. They came in hot because they are bad at their jobs.
