LolIt’s moot point.
LolIt’s moot point.
these people are genuinely mentally disabled. it's all on video. they will convince nobody. The cognitive dissonance required to support the official narrative is off the charts.
Did his use of lethal force play any role in his safety? (Hint: It didn’t. It made him less safe).Yet it was so unmemorable you can't post what that 'mistake.'
Funny how you leftists focus on tiny 'mistakes' or pretend to not know the meaning of common terms like 'mute point' to distract from the obviously truth that by the facts of the case no charges will be filed because it's an obvious case of self-defense.
No one expects you to admit it.
Yeah I’m definitely not defending ICE as a whole or the administration. Ive warned that there will be more shootings and I really do think people are going to start shooting agents too.The difference is she's a civilian while ICE agents are Feds.
I don't expect civilians to be prepared for dramatic confrontations with Feds but I do expect Feds to be calm and collected in such scenarios.
Let's not forget that this is not the first such incident where ICE agents shoot at civilians while claiming self defense against ramming.

If the Feds have already lied about similar incidents before and are refusing to allow state investigators access to the case why anyone give the Feds the benefit of the doubt here? These people joke about putting holes in protesters, they're basically animals at this point.
I swore to myself I’d stop kicking this dork around and I’m 9 days into the new year and already breaking my resolution.
Pete Hegseth couldn’t beat Ventura now in his 70”s .
Just happened to be? If he had kept circling would he still be in front of the car or is that where he decided to stop?Intentionally or unreasonably not intentionally or unintentionally. And she had been there for several minutes. He had circled the car completely taking video and just happened to be in front when things escalated.
I think following barely trained, armed agents around, blowing whistles and trying to make their job harder is a stupid hobby. And apparently a dangerous one.Yea. How dare she challenge the authority of a fascist federal agent by asserting her first amendment and heckling him. *sarcasm*
Are you arguing that she should not have a first amendment right to heckle a fascist goon with a gun and a superiority complex?
An independent review of 67 cases in which Border Patrol agents used deadly force found that in some of them "agents have deliberately stepped in the path of cars apparently to justify shooting at the drivers and have fired in frustration at people
You are part of the “err mer gerd he got hit by a car” crowd calling others a troll. As per usual.Guy's a troll. He's just going to make you go in circles and just fuck off if you prove him wrong.
I'm largely just ignoring zim/zer now.
I think he's a fascist because he can't handle people asserting their 1st amendment rights to heckle him.I think following barely trained, armed agents around, blowing whistles and trying to make their job harder is a stupid hobby. And apparently a dangerous one.
Do you know the man? How do you know he’s a fascist? Because his job deporting illegal aliens?
That and it is apparently not widely known, maybe even by the poorly trained ICE agents themselves, that ICE agents are banned from placing themselves in front of vehicles in a position where they could be struck by a suspect vehicle fleeing (specifically referencing the need to avoid deadly force in situations like this).
ICE violated their own training and rules to create the "danger" that led to the shooting.
"1. Modern law enforcement policy discourages placing yourself in front of a vehicle
DHS and other law enforcement guidance generally trains officers to avoid standing directly in front of or behind a subject’s vehicle and to not place themselves in the path of a moving vehicle. That’s because doing so puts officers in unnecessary danger and can create a situation where deadly force becomes more likely or harder to justify."
'Discourages' & 'to avoid' is not mean it's banned.
You have less common sense than anyone in this thread, which is really saying something
Why did she put the car in reverse at all if she “obviously wasn’t trying to avoid the agent” ?
You are literally sharing braindead partisan propaganda in a thread about a US citizen killed by a federal agent. There’s something seriously wrong with you.
Have you ever turned an SUV before? They don't have a wide turning radius, so if you need to make a tight turn, you have to back up first to give yourself more space. And you know what? You do it regardless of whether or not there's someone in front of the vehicle.
Nah bro, that's our first amendment right to protest government actions, especially considering these guys are going around anonymously and mistakenly arresting actual citizens.I think following barely trained, armed agents around, blowing whistles and trying to make their job harder is a stupid hobby. And apparently a dangerous one.
Do you know the man? How do you know he’s a fascist? Because his job deporting illegal aliens?
