I don't expect civilians to be prepared for dramatic confrontations with Feds but I do expect Feds to be calm and collected in such scenarios.

I think he's a fascist because he can't handle people asserting their 1st amendment rights to heckle him.

You're basically admitting that the issue was that they were heckling the ICE agents, who did not like their authority being questioned. So they abused said authority to illegally order her out of the car, without articulating lawful arrest or detention, they drew their weapons in violation of their regulations, they attempted to body block her vehicle in violation of their regulations, and then they killed her.

I don't know how you can view their actions as anything but fascist retaliation for her questioning their authority.

That and it is apparently not widely known, maybe even by the poorly trained ICE agents themselves, that ICE agents are banned from placing themselves in front of vehicles in a position where they could be struck by a suspect vehicle fleeing (specifically referencing the need to avoid deadly force in situations like this).

ICE violated their own training and rules to create the "danger" that led to the shooting.

Officers/agents should not place themselves in the path of a moving vehicle or use their body to block a vehicle’s path.

Officers are only granted their authority because of the rules that exist. When they violate those rules, they are not acting lawfully.
