The most recent video is pretty conclusive. She is smiling, turns her wheels in the direction of the agent, and hits the gas when encouraged by her wife. There was zero panic, the wheel turn at the agent was deliberate, as was accelerating into him.

Sure but the harsh reality is that if not one challenges police state tactics, then rights will be lost. And if people do challenge them, lives will be lost, but freedom retained.

I can't hear any gun shots yet they are clearly heard from the camera behind the car. They should be clearly audible on a phone a few cm's from the actually gun. Something is off.

I noticed the same thing but I think they tried to edit the audio to filter out the gunshots. That's why it sounds weird.

But IMO one of the gunshots is audible, and it's what people are calling her striking the ICE agents with the vehicle.

This video is great. It also clearly shows the shots are COMPLETELY UNNECESSARY and did nothing to protect the agent.

Wrong , there’s a reason for articulable suspicion which needs a reason not a hunch or reason to believe . Law enforcement actually needs a crime being committed or proof one may be under the 4th amendment.

Law enforcement actually needs proof , otherwise illegal searches would happen everyday , officers could just assume anything and do what they like there wouldn’t be a need for any accountability on their part they could just decide to arrest or search red cars that day just because they feel like it and say they suspected criminal activity .
