Fair, but the other side does it just as equally. No investigation yet, but the governor, mayor, state AG and county attorney had already all called him a murderer the evening of the shooting. Like they are going to be objective in any investigation and actually trying to figure out what happened?

What you said about the Dutch guys was pointless. His immediate reaction to the shooting however is very telling in terms of his frame of mind at the time and why he decided to escalate; it does not speak to whether or not he was "happy" to shoot her.

The driver side footage we've had for a hot minute now cleeeearly show she drives past him. As i've said 200 times already in this thread, both of his feet are outside the path of the vehicle. And then consider, he's holding a phone in one hand -which he doesn't drop- a drawn gun which is being actively discharged, and he's standing on ice. A stiff breeze could have pushed him over, let alone a moving (albeit slowly) vehicle.

Well she did do something wrong. It is actually illegal to flee even if illegally detained. In the case of illegal detainment that has to be worked out in the courts. We also have to be honest here. What she did was stupid and dangerous no matter how you cut it.

Did she deserve to die? No. Did she contribute to the problem? Yes.

"Minn. Stat. § 609.487: Motor vehicle fleeing is a felony when the officer is acting in the lawful discharge of duty."

The ICE agent was not in a lawful discharge of his duties. She was clearly protesting and wasn't blocking the whole road. The ICE agents could have driven around her. There is clearly insufficient evidence to say she was obstructing ICE agents. And ICE agents do not have the legal authority to punish traffic violations, such as being illegally parked like this woman was.

Therefore there was no fleeing, because everything the officer did was illegal.

Should she have cooperated? Sure. But 1st amendment guarantees the right to protest and non-violent civil disobedience (in some cases). This is a clear 1st amendment violation IMO.

Had ICE agents called local law enforcement, and she refused to move, then she would in illegal civil disobedience. But the ICE agent doesn't have the authority to tell her to move.
