Parking in the middle of the lane was her first mistake. Protestors should always feel safe to to speak their minds, but stay out of the damn roads.

I doubt she intentionally meant to hit the agent either, just looks like she panicked, even driving off before her partner could get in the vehicle.

The agent already circled her car, and by her more friendly disposition, I'm sure he didn't expect her to take off into him like that.

Harassing police and Agents in the middle of a mission, investigation, etc. will lead to at minimum an obstruction charge. Continuing to display this behavior and making threats to said forces, may result in more.

Citizens have responsibilities also, like don't be a fucking douchebag and drive your car towards an agent...
