What it shows, is the woman arrogantly smiling at them while her dumb wife gets in their face like the agitators they were intent on being. It does not matter if she intended to hit the cop, or not. She hit him, after refusing orders. That will be taken as a sign of aggression with deadly intent. They are not mind readers, and neither are you. Nothing in the video shows what she was thinking. It only shows her actions. Those actions got her justifiably shot.

The footage shows she was being an annoying karen, we all figured as much. It shows there was AMPLE room to completely ignore her and go about their day as well. It shows the agent NEVER "feared' for his life, up until the video ends, when he makes a suprised noise and the car is already by him. So we now know, he made no audible command or sound about pulling out his firearm.

His orders aren't lawful, we have already been over that. it also shows no intent to hit the cop, it shows she got scared and was fleeing. She looks to be going about 5-8 MPH when she "hit" him as well.


it also shows the idiot walked ENTIRELY in front of the vehicle knowing the other agent was aggressively trying to take the keys out of the vehicle, almost as if he wanted to get ran over.

He was hit by the car so hard, he never dropped his cell phone and was able to pull a weapon out in his other hand and fire 3 shots.

If a proper investigation were being conducted, the recent Barnes v Felix decision would be applied to the agents' conduct the entirety of the encounter. Which means the action of denying a physician from checking on her would come into question.
