1) Nobody know her actual intent or state of mind.

3) Nobody knows the level of fear that the guy in front of the car had for his life.
4) Nobody knows if the guy who shot here is a raving psycho or will be traumatized. As above each site will spin it

Everyone can guess or infer both items but nobody knows.

She takes some responsibility of course. Now does the ICE agent take any as well? Why didn't he follow his protocol? Why was he recording the encounter on his CELL PHONE, 2 seconds before shooting her? Why did he get in front of the vehicle, at any point in time, during the entire encounter? What if his cellphone footage shows she never looked at him and never knew he was there?

She ignored their request to exit the vehicle and then backed up and took off towards an agent. It’s all on video. Contrary to what the left tells you these are federal agents.
