Would a person who was frightened and being on guard for danger from PTSD after being dragged by a car, then decide to stand in front of an escaping car and block it? Explain in detail how his actions were consistent with being easily frightened. If the officer had PTSD from being dragged by a car, we would expect avoidance or heightened caution around moving vehicles, not standing in front of them.

They weren't responding for MONTHS in Portland. There were 24/7 live streams of the protests outside the Portland ICE facility.

Cops were not coming at all in the entire area. People were getting habitually assaulted and cops never showed up. I can link dozens of examples all on video.

But now they're starting to respond (in Portland) because it was getting too out of hand. All you have to do is type in Portland Ice protests on any social media site and you can see for yourself. Agents had to shoot back protests every single day and night for literally months and cops never came to help.

A notable incident happened in Chicago on October 2025 - Chicago police did not respond to calls for help while being surrounded by protesters.

Additionally, ICE agents are allowed to make arrests anyway. So your whole point is moot.
