How do you feel about the FBI blocking local investigations, preventing it from going to State court?
Seems like complete bullshit.
But legally speaking I'm not sure whose jurisdiction an incident between a federal agent and a civilian is supposed to be under.

This is not true dude. Minneapolis is a sanctuary city, so if ICE called the cops they probably wouldn't even show up.
Many sanctuary city's police departments have been explicitly ordered to do absolutely nothing to help ICE.
So if bystanders interfere with ICE agents and they can't rely on cops to help them, they'll be indefinitely stuck on the street just by a pedestrian street blockade.
No the truth is - it is completely legal for an ICE agent's to arrest someone.
