What I’m saying is, that little move he did to get out of the way? He should’ve just done that. No need to draw his weapon and fire at all.He moved quickly enough. So that's why he didn't. If he stood still.....
I'll watch the video again but either way... a lot of what you wrote there was kinda fugazy. Depending on who looks at this video..... it'll be a judgement call. Because in court this could definitely be seen as trying to run over the agent.
It’s tough to tell from the video what the driver’s intent was. I’m torn between her not seeing him, or seeing him and trying to drive around him, as it looks clear to me that she wasn’t driving directly at him.
