Crime Woman in Minneapolis Executed by ICE Officers; White House Reflexively Hand Waves Murder

No argument here. Her vehicle could have gone up on the sidewalk and taken out any number of people. Then again, her vehicle wouldn't have been moving had she been in a rational frame of mind.
Do you expect anyone to act rationally while flanked on multiple sides, with conflicting orders possibly being given?

You guys need to stop defending the idea that she didn't accelerate and hit an officer. It's bullshit. She did.

However, the root of this situation lies at the feet of ICE and improper conduct. Both of these things can be true, and unfortunate.
I think the contention is whether she accelerated attempting to hit him or if she was trying to drive around him. It's not even clear she knew he was there considering an officer at the driver's side door had her attention.

Completely legitimate to shoot a driver if you feel your life is at risk.. whether or not thats the situation here. No opinion. But its definetly a legal option.

  • DHS policy "generally" prohibits federal agents from discharging firearms for the purpose of disabling a moving vehicle.
  • The policy includes an exception for when someone is "threatening deadly force" with a moving vehicle.
  • Federal officials say the ICE agent involved in Wednesday's shooting followed his training after being attacked. Witnesses argue the woman was shot while trying to turn around.

D.

Additional Considerations
1. DHS LEOs are permitted to use force that is reasonable in light of the
totality of the circumstances. This standard does not require LEOs to meet force
with equal or lesser force.
2. DHS LEOs do not have a duty to retreat to avoid the reasonable use of
force, nor are they required to wait for an attack before using reasonable force to
stop a threat.

I Dont know where some of the claims being made are coming from honestly. Its a simple read

Its the left wing media's way of framing everything with half truths to incite more people.

All I can say is that that ICE agent and his family will be entering the witness protection program for the rest of his life.

I personally didnt see these clear measures.

Ill take a look for unedited clips tomorrow honestly. But you can aknowledge " reckless driving "... which in my opinion could be taken as a viewed as a threat or risk.

No. By my logic. Anyone who accelerates to flee with someone in front of their vehicle can be easily be viewed as a potentential threat

Okay.

Indeed. Its why running is a terrible decision

What do you mean you didn’t see the measures she took so as NOT to harm any agents? She waved them by first off, showing she had no intention of having any interaction at all. Next, she put her car in REVERSE, presumably to get away from the agent and not harm him. Again another measure. Third she turned the tires as far as she could to the right. All of these were done so as not to harm the agents. What the fuck do you mean? Are you saying you don’t see these clearly happen on video? Are you saying these steps didn’t try to avoid harming the agents? If she meant to harm the agents, she would never have waved them by. She would have instantly revved her car up and either A: went as far left as possible to run that agent over or B: if she seen the agent in front of her she would have literally just went straight and ran him over. Neither scenario would have her ever putting the car in reverse.

Why do you guys keep on lying?

or had they not immediately escalated the situation by trying to immediately remove her from her vehicle through force. i don't know wtf they were doing. just hyper aggression because they were pissed off, instead of doing their job professionally. they all contributed to this murder.
Correct, as I've noted in multple posts already. The escalatory actions of ICE were against their own protocols and should be considered the root of the tragedy here.

It's just a total sad commentary on the mindframe of America right now. Nobody is thinking or acting clearly.

I don't even consider myself particularly left wing tbh. I am on environmental issues and social medicine etc but I'm anti-immigration and pro-life (apart from rape or really bad genetic defects).
We're all American and part of what makes us great is being able to have our different ideologies protected. At least when we used to be able to get bipartisan legislation passed by making compromises instead of making our political rivals out to be so depraved it's worth shutting the government down over.

Doubt that, he might start a podcast, go the Rittenhouse route and make all the special appearances.
They care so much about the law when it they can use it to troll people, but don't give a shit about laws when it comes to that orange child rapists. They are pissing the country away then blaming brown people and imaginary leftists for shit being expensive. We are so far beyond the Epstein deadline and not a peep.

Sorry for the twitter post but this one got me

Scottie Sheffler was initially charged with assualt of a police officer, criminal mischief, reckless driving, and disregarding signals from an officer directing traffic

Which is more than this lady would have been charged with if they hadn't shot her and had just gotten her plates and turned them over to the local PD for arrest

If that was their purpose, to make illegals aware ice was coming, then it would most likely be a hindering charge. I just don’t see or personally agree with a felony charge. But I’m not a judge.
So I’ll just say that was the wrong thing to do, they (Ice) should not have done that.

It CAN BE a felony but rarely is if no force or violence was involved. Blocking a car stuck in snow may be a traffic violation or misdemeanor obstruction but that's for a court to decide. Regardless, it didn't justify what happened

Regardless of felony or misdemeanor, they had every right to detain her. She fled, which is another crime.

Shitty situation and not a good look for ICE, she conspired to willingly put herself in self in this situation, she fled the situation, hitting an agent. It is her fault.

If she simply complied with law enforcements, she would be alive. More importantly, if she didn’t willingly conspire to break the law, she would be alive

if the agents acted professionally she'd be alive. if they didn't escalate immediately she'd be alive. if they didn't try to yank her immediately from her car she'd be alive. and if the agent didn't draw his weapon she'd be alive. accountability STARTS with LE.

If ICE agents followed their own guidelines she would also be alive. Unfortunately that doesn't line up with your narrative does it?

Here’s the original

Doesn’t change the fact

You post a sped up video to fit your narrative and then say it doesn’t matter that the video is sped up? Just fucking LOL. Why is the video sped up? Can you answer that honestly?
