Crime Woman in Minneapolis Executed by ICE Officers; White House Reflexively Hand Waves Murder

It would most likely be considered hindering an investigation, which CAN be a felony in certain circumstances, highly doubtful these actions of blocking traffic would be considered a felony though, unless they convinced a judge/jury she was trying to injure an officer. Which I personally don’t really see in this video.
DHS has already confirmed they're was no ongoing operation and the ICE vehicle was just stuck in the snow.

If anything it appears ICE were the ones blocking the road, albeit unintentionally since they were stuck.

Not that I know of, which is weird since there were dozens and dozens of people watching and filming.

You’d think they would be posting the clips to show how ICE instigated it all and are the direct cause and she was acting totally lawful and such

Weird.

The point is it doesn't matter who instigated it. The use of force was completely out of proportion to the threat. If someone pushes me in the street I can't take out a gun and shoot them even if they instigated it.

I can't wait til we get body cam footage from the officer who shot, showing the lady never even looked or saw him. Completely destroying the last shred of evidence that she attempted to run the agent over.

Called it an intentional act of domestic terrorism, so...yeah.
She got the same treatment all of Trump's opponents have had for decades. Only it used to be from Cohen and his other lawyers back then while he now has the full weight of the government to villify his detractors.

That's more if someone is fleeing while brandishing a weapon or something like that. Shooting the driver of a moving car is more likely to put the public in danger than anything else as obviously the car is completely out of control at that point. Best to let them drive on and get them down the road with a stinger.
Like i said... your exact logic got 28 people run over in australia... i have my own bias

What if someone is driving a car at you?

According to Naomi, they were completely done with all their official operations for the day. they had gotten their truck stuck in the snow right before this happened.
Just caught a NYT video compiling the multiple film angles. Not that it wasn't clear already, but the shooter was fully to the side of the vehicle as she passed. He shot through the windshield at an angle, then continued shooting as the vehicle moved by. It's an absolute outright murder.

How many people would be dead if police shot every car that was fleeing and let the car career into traffic/pedestrians or whatever was in the way?

At those speeds ? Far less than if you let every criminal run away id guess

Hindering what investigation? Naomi, their boss, is on record, saying they were done with all official investigations for the day.

So do tell me, in your made up fantasy scenario, what investigation she was hindering?

Why do you guys keep making shit up? I don't get it.
Lmao, you can’t even accept someone pretty much agreeing with you. Fucking clown.

Did she block traffic to prevent ice from moving down the street? That could be considered hindering. Highly doubtful any judge or jury would consider it felony level.

I mean the most logical solution to this is definatly put the officer in prison disband ice and have mass unvetted illegal immigration. Literally, the only possible solution here.
Its the dumb defund/abolish the police movement all over again. I think it shows low emotional intelligence.

How do you know he wouldnt have shot her? He is on video breaking multiple company policies, there is a high likelihood he would have still shot her. I swear your IQ has to be around 50.

I think you need to change your screen name re-reMode. She gunned the engine while he was in front of the vehicle.

The only thing that I can tell that he did wrong was fire an additional 2 rounds after he was clearly out of danger and beside the vehicle.

Unfortunately, your bias won't let you see that because you want to hate on ICE.

She waved the ICE agents to go around her like the first car did, there is VIDEO and AUDIO of her doing so.

So no, she did not block the ICE agents from moving down the street. Have you even read this thread at all before coming in here with your 3 brain cells?

Yep. Even the most fervent back the blue defenders have said the shots after the first one are going to be extremely hard to explain in court because he was no longer in danger when he did so.

Was there not a caravan of people trying to prevent them from their duties? That’s what the bystanders claim.

Like I said, at best hindering (a misdemeanor), but definitely not felony obstruction unless they can convince a judge she was trying to injure an officer, which I don’t personally see.
