This is the same person I think. But confirms that the person was very successful at blocking traffic and obstructing ice. Then later in the CNN video blames it on the ICE officer “jumping in front”. But it is clear he didn’t “jump in front”. He was standing there when she floored it. Moreover, if she is actively obstructing them, that also illegal.

He didn’t shoot her because she was protesting. He shot her because she speed off, and hit him, as she was fleeing being detained.

And as per the witness testimony, she was the leader of the caravan that has been instructing ICE and wa being very successful. That is a felony, so the had every right to detain her, and she floored it, hitting an officer.

Given there have been other ramming incidents against ICE by other caravans of protestors, I can see why the wouldn’t know what her intentions are

she literally waved a vehicle passed right before, and waved THIS vehicle passed as well. but they STOPPED instead, and aggressively approached her, tried to open her door immediately. they ESCALATED immediately with no attempt to peacefully resolve.

she then attempted to flee the escalated situation. the agent then had time to draw his firearm and shoot multiple times. again, if you fear for your immediate safety, your first instinct is to get out of harms way. he did that, and still had time to draw his firearm and kill.

I watched the video and legit thought it was totally from the side, but the shooting started earlier. I think I read four shots fired. Probably the windshield is mush at this point since the vehicle would up smashing into other vehicles but would be interesting to see where on the windshield those bullet holes are.

Given that it's near impossible to trust the cast of characters involved I wouldn't be surprised if folks busted up the windshield if it was still somewhat intact lol.

The agents werent blocked. A car literally went in front of her, and she waved the ICE truck to go through as well, its on fucking video dude. Why do you guys insist on lying? I don't get it. Nobody was blocked in this incident.

There were multiple cars parked like hers, we have no idea why. But she wasnt blocking any road, she was impeding free movement in the lane she was in, but nothing was blocked, we have video showing as much.
