There’s no reason the situation needed to be escalated to that level, no reason to approach her aggressively and trying to physically enter her vehicle, no reason ICE Officer Dipshit should’ve approached the vehicle from the front like that (such that it’s not even clear that she saw him), and no reason to open fire when he can (and did) easily get out of the way of the vehicle safely. Let the protestors disperse and be fucking done with it.

Whatever it was, it was known they were ICE. People were blowing whistles and this lady was trying to purposefully obstruct them according to bystanders, so they can't claim she had no idea who they were.

Someone protesting, or even blocking agents, is not a reason to shoot someone dead. Get them to leave and move the fuck on. Is the agent who shot her even remotely injured at all? Seems like they took him to the hospital, looked him over, and let him go. If he had time to shoot the lady in the face and still get out of the way unharmed, then he could have just gotten out of the way unharmed.

No one was being obstructed, this is a lie. She pulled up near them but they had plenty of space and got their truck out of the snow before their backup that killed her even arrived. She yielded to cars in the other lane the entire time, including their vehicles. It's on video.

She wasn't obstructed anything, at worst she was cajoling them and their feelings were hurt.

He didn’t shoot her because she was protesting. He shot her because she speed off, and hit him, as she was fleeing being detained.

And as per the witness testimony, she was the leader of the caravan that has been instructing ICE and wa being very successful. That is a felony, so the had every right to detain her, and she floored it, hitting an officer.

Given there have been other ramming incidents against ICE by other caravans of protestors, I can see why the wouldn’t know what her intentions are

it was her partner that was recording and blowing whistles. She was in a vehicle (can be considered a weapon), illegally parked and driving erratic, obstructing law enforcement.

No one was being obstructed. There was no ongoing mission to obstruct. They simply got stuck in the snow.
